SHIPPING & RETURNS
All Come Sundown is sent via courier - generally once or twice a week.
Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a tracking number.
We only accept exchanges on items that are in 100% original condition (In the condition you received your item(s). We only accept exchanges within 7 business days of receiving your order. Exchanges out side of this time will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind. Check the size chart before purchasing because we do not refund items if you get your size wrong.
To organise a return, please contact email@example.com (within 7 days of receiving your order) and you will be contacted for further information.
All returns are at the expense of the customer. You will be required to cover both the postage cost to and from your address. For returns within Australia, we recommend sending an suitable size self addressed empty / pre-paid Australia Post satchel with your return item to ensure the quickest return possible. We are also not responsible for any item that is lost or damaged whilst in transit, so we recommend you use registered post.
No returns can be accepted on sale items. All items on sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned.
